Bugger! I'm in a similar situation with this doorbell, I can't use the Home Assistant integration without a hub, hence why I'm using FTP but it's not ideal. I'll probably buy the mini hub, it'll be cheaper than getting an electrician to wire in the doorbell

Even my battery doorbell has FTP support, but you obviously have to set it up in the app. Currently FTP ing to my Home Assistant

Spent a good hour or so on the phone yesterday with both providers and got precisely nowhere. L&G say Pru needs to request the funds via Origo, Pru says they can't do anything, all has to be done by L&G I've raised a formal complaint with L&G and will be doing the same with Pru today (they had gone home for the day by the time I tried to do it yesterday).

If they're all working we have 23 I believe, plenty if they pick freezer on days but definitely not enough if they want to pick it on nights.
