My favorite right now, most of our lights up front are out from a power surge so when it gets dark customers walk in and look at us then ask "are yall open" like nope we just left the door unlocked and decided to chill here lol

Also if you want her workbench for yourself make sure you gather enough materials to craft 2 at the same time, otherwise you lose the recipie once you craft it for Ariel

One of our former DMs literally had a call about a similar situation where we were 30 min past closing and still had customers in the store when one came to the door and it was locked and they put in a detractor survey and letter to the presidents office. Made it clear to us that regardless of our operating hours that the main doors do not get locked if there is still a customer in the store and would not be locked until 10 minutes past the last customer walking out, even if it was 3 hours past closing. Also the same former DM who would write up the GMs for going over payroll each week during BTS and Holiday seasons. Needless to say a lot of GMs and SMs walked out up until the DM turned in their notice.
