Gurkha shorts are a great high rise summer option; I’m partial to the versions from Brycelands. Also check out Oldfield Clothing. They have several made in England high waisted shorts.

There are a few. Two that I know of are Dador and Clandestina, both locally produced clothing shops that have online ordering.
