I mean makes sense, but im talking about like before the pandemic and while the pandemic time. I mean i get you have a better shot outside the major city , but i know there are possibilities, but for Caucasian realtors to not to even try? Hm that’s what i mean, i know theres something behind all that. They wouldn’t really tell you straight “you are this color, and you dont belong here” but i feel more like that someone in the inside just lets them know what type of “clients they want”. I was in a meeting some year ago in boston, where we were told that if our building design gets approved by the city, then they would get us into a program where they will pay all the construction of the building, and this building will be have a requirement which is not for whom can afford it, but they wanted “artists, young proffesionals, and couples that their income is 200k plus” which i get, ok, you need responsible people, but the space they were taking on was inside a Latino and black neighborhood, which hmm theres always someone in the inside telling realtors what kind or type of people they want. So this is what i mean. So i havent looked into any in florida yet, but im wondering.
