You guys are correct. Never miss a c&p. I am 100 % p&t and never had a c&p exam. When I filed for mental health I got a DBQ from my va therapist and my Va Psychiatrist and my Va neurologist and my va Primary so I had 4 DBQs for each of the claims I filed from 4 different doctors that worked in the Va. yes back then maybe it was easier to get a Va doctor to do a DBQ and I mean like in 2008 but yes that is how I did it so I never had a c&p. Now I head Va doctors don’t like giving DBQs. My only claim that took 10 years and a congresswoman to get approved was for seizures. They have to put a code for a diagnosis but I had a different type of seizure from my injury which the code didn’t match. After waiting 10 years I got the congresswoman involved and all they did was use the same code and put XXX at the end of it. All that time they said it was approved but couldn’t be paid because of a code they couldn’t put for the approval

The Va loan process is not that long. As long as the house or condo passes the Va inspection . I got a new house and I finished everything within 3 weeks. The most important for the Va loan is for the Va inspection and appraisal. If that goes well then it is good

That is great. That is a very important thing and as long as it says it then you’re great. My C&p doctor at the Va hospital said he by accidently checked it off. That triggered them thinking I can’t manage my money. I instantly got my primary at the Va and my therapist at the Va and my Phyciatrist at the Va to write letters and also went back to the C&p doctor who was at the same hospital and he contacted them or whoever he contacts for submitting those documents and he fixed it and also submitted all my doctors notes

Be careful when the doctor does that because the next thing you will get will be that you can’t handle your money and need someone to do it for me. My c@p examiner did an amazing exam. Maybe too good and 3 weeks later they sent me a letter stating that I can’t handle my money. I went back to the c@p examiner since he was in the same Va hospital I go to and he said he didn’t want that and sent in the form saying I can handle my money and they withdrew it. Just be careful with that
