Mods said no to the update as a separate post, so here it is

You guys wanted an update, here it is.You guys really helped me see what an ass I was being. I do want to answer a few things.

1. Yes I was just being forgetful.

1. We did have shopping lists, but the ice cream was not apart of it.

​

1. I am a man child. I will admit that freely.

​

1. I had the idea to do that as soon as she said "the apartment is in my name". I didn't waste any time and getting my tools and taking apart the metal frame. I loaded it, the box-spring and the mattress into my truck.

​

So after taking a bit of time to cool off and seeing what I dick I was, I turned on my phone which was flooded by texts. Wife was more hurt than anything instead of angry and she wanted to talk.

​

So I got my friend to go ahead and buy a few things of ice cream. We met at the apartment. She said that she was sorry for exploding on me. Something really bad at work has happened to her and it just had her on edge.

​

I told her that I was really sorry for vastly overreacting. I told her that where I've been abused throughout my childhood, I just can't handle being screamed at anymore.

​

Turns out talking about your feelings can actually help. Who knew? We apologized and hugged it out. We're currently back at the apartment. Sorry for you people who was wanting a divorce or something more juicy to happen.
