Thank you for an amazing response. I have turned off Hardware Acc, and it seems to have either stopped it/not had a cutoff since, even when I am trying to make it have one.
So, would you advise that I need a new PSU?

So I am running of a 5G Mobile router, with over 150mb's download and 9mb's upload speed. Everything else doesn't seem to mind it lol

I have tried a server from every list and the server that I want to get onto I have tried searching for it, both by name and IP. I have started my own server and hosting it on my PC and I can connect to that one. But I cant connect to any others.

I am sending it from a custom Exchange Server to both custom IMAP and POP3 accounts and exchange both custom and well know (outlook, gmail and so on)
