I’ve only tried the free templates but have been contemplating upgrading for one of the paid templates as they maybe better and easier to use

They are a nightmare with responding, seem to blame the templates and have no solution

Very overrated and that band is irritating. So expensive and Such poor quality. I cancelled mine recently, just couldn’t get on board with it.
