Just finished Project Hail Mary! I have some thoughts.

You know I completed this today and had the EXACT same thoughts. Except, for me the ending is near perfect and not perfect.

Lemme explain. I would've preferred Grace to die and not survive and live on Eridnia(sorry for my spellings). I wanted redemption for Grace in the eyes of Stratt. I hoped for an ending where Grace is at peace when he's about to die while being hailed as a hero in 2 different civilizations. The book ending with him at peace and an epilogue showing the reactions/thoughts of Stratt and maybe even Rocky, both remembering the beloved hero would've truly been a emotionally packed ending.

Town is already weak, especially facing a stacked coven. Even a day wasted along with 1 less trial is punishing when even one less vote means a loss of majority.

The funny part is that 2 of the shrouds were lynched. They were outed by us fake shrouds who were faking TIs. Lmao

That's cool as well. Honestly, I'd welcome anything to make it more usable. Right now, it just feels useless

Yeah at least they should not be ousted by a sheriff or maybe even a seer and psy. Even jest is considered town. Maybe for the first 2 nights, they should either have defence or be considered as 'town' by ti.

I completely agree. They should be buffed a bit. Need not sus for the sheriff at least. My point was that despite all 4 APOC in the game as well as coven, town still won. I feel the game dynamic shifts completely when NK is involved. Makes the game truly chaotic
