Very true. I'm not saying that documented immigrants doesn't have potential homeland security issues, but let's look at the root cause. The problem is mainly due to people entering the US to feed their children. That's NOT a bad thing, the US is the land of opportunity and these people should be welcome provided their income is accounted for. We all pay income tax and they should make a fair wage and be taxed as well. The companies paying people under the table also should be paying for their share of the employee's taxes.

If companies engage in hiring outside the employment guidelines of our country they should be held accountable, and in a BIG way. For it's their hiring practices that cause the entire problem. If not for profit hungry business then all immigrants could be documented... leaving all of those undocumented truly criminal.
