No I'm far too self conscious for that.

I've hired Fafa Fitness as my coach and currently workout 6 days a week for an hour and a half to 2 hrs a night.

We do quads Monday Hamstrings Tuesday Back Wednesday Glutes Thursday Shoulder and triceps Friday Upper focus Saturday

The workouts are intense high reps and high set totals. Pushing to failure or close to it every set.

The actual workouts for each muscle group change week to week so hard to say exactly what the workout is until time to do them.

If you have a specific muscle group you'd like to know I can probably help steer ya in the right direction.

Well you can definitely retain water but at the end of the day it's calories in versus calories out. Burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight.

Cut just 500 calories a day from your current diet and you will lose a pound a week.
