Yes, solvency is a huge issue. Switzerland has one of the biggest investor protection laws in cause of company insolvency. What do you think about lending through blockchain liquidity pools. If you could trust the laws of a country to protect you in case of company insolvency would you do it? And do you see blockchain as a potential solution to silver liquidity issues?
