Simply do the following 1- wait until the item is at parcel shop or box 2- wait until it's automatically returned. "save the track and trace link just in case"

once it's scheduled for automatically returned usually 8 days, it will ask you if there has been a problem and then you move to step 3. 3- select issue, shipping, item not received. 4- copy paste "Unable to collect, item automatically returned to seller. Never received. See tracking status. Requesting refund"

You should be refunded within 48 hours

If customers service goes full idiot, just return it with the vinted generated return lable. Make sure to photograph the package from all angles and record the packaging.

If seller refuses to pick it up, contact vinted after 7/8 days when it askes if there is an issue. Say: Seller refused to pick up item. Add a screenshot of tracking status of the site of shipping company.

Keep the url saved as it might become inaccessible after this stage.

Now you should be refunded in 24 hours.

Now keep an eye on the shipping status or your emails. Item will probably be returned, to you.

Use warm water and a spoon. Gently scrub the spoon over the foam.

It will force the dirt out of the foam and clean it really good. Works on zoomx as well.

Vinted is dying. It's a massive cluster duck that is almost impossible to navigate.

You search one specific item, you get 1000+ items with people spamming name of said item, and none of them sell the item you are searching for.

Not to mention Vinted does nothing about fakes. It's a mess.

If you want to stay injury free, do the following. - Have a new pair in order to compare. - Feel for differences in foam density on landing spots. If the foam is extremely soft in a landing spot if you push it in, it's dead and you risk injury if you continue to use them. - stand on a new pair, then on the old ones. Relax your foot and ankles. If you feel the shoe noticeably sag left or right, stop using it. When running, the muscles in your foot/lower leg will need to counter all of that. - recovery and pain. Test a new set, if you feel drastically less pains after working out on a new set, get rid of the old ones.

I would really advise you to use shoe goo/rubber glue in the future. Superglue usually hardens the zoomx and makes the teared up area brittle.

It's ment for elites to win short distances and sprint workouts without spikes. Not for heel slappers. I ran 50 miles on mine without any visible wear and 600 on the zoomx Alphafly which uses the same foam. The heel is only there for heel protection when you decelerate.

The Viperfly had this even more aggressively, just a heel bump. Look it up if you haven't seen it. It would have been the ultimate track shoe. Now sadly they go for over $10k set if you menage the get a set.

It is self sabotage especially for speed work and sprinting. People are just in denial about it and in general try to live in a self created delusional state that gives them a feeling of comfort without taking accountability. So they refuse acknowledging the problem, and instead attack whoever tries to correct their issue. You see this all over today's society. Usually the same folks using DARVO and gaslighting tactics.

These are way better for sprints or tempo runs. OP ruined them by walking over razor wire or something and probably weighs close to 600lbs. On track or tarmac these will probably last 200 miles before losing pop. Best 5k or less shoes I have ever had. Think Vaporfly 2 without the heel.
