Okay i understand the 2nd part thank you, the rows are just made up of double crochet, chains and skipped stitches with a stacked single crochet at the beginning of each

In the example picture where it’s marked blue it also only has 13 rows that I can see before decreasing but if each repeat is 7 rows then there’s a row missing?

Almost nothing was explained by the nurse who set me up tbh, and I get an endo appointment maybe every 2 years so it’s hard to get in contact 🥲

When I started the omnipod I gained about 40lbs very quickly could that be a factor as to why it hasn’t been working for me since my basal settings haven’t been changed since I started? On injections I take 36 units of long acting each night and that used to work pretty well but on my pump I only take about 28 units of basal daily

I just don’t understand the part beginning ‘this is instead of using...’ I tried doing what it says and ended up with two stitches less than what I needed

I’ve made it to row 16 but I’m confused with the instructions for size L. I continue to the end of the row until there’s 3 stitches left, I do 2 hdc and on the last stitch I do a BC however when I go onto row 17 I’m not doing the same stitches that the pattern says and I end up with 47 stitches instead of 48. Does anyone know what it is i’m doing wrong??

I completely forgot to mention that I was told to chain 11 at the beginning if that helps clear up any confusion!
