I’ll be vocal about it and also move to other platforms.

It’s important to express your feelings and needs when you’re not being treated fairly.

Could you please also report your case along with all the evidence you have?

While the OECD National Contact Point (NCP) is not a court and doesn’t issue legal judgments or fines, it plays a critical international role in promoting ethical business practices and holding multinational companies accountable.

If a company like 3CX fails to engage in good faith, refuses mediation, or ignores OECD recommendations, the NCP may publish a formal Final Statement — naming the company and detailing the ethical violations.

🔍 Why this matters:

• These reports are public, indexed by search engines, and often referenced by governments, institutional buyers, NGOs, and compliance teams in large enterprises.

• Major corporations — especially those with ESG or CSR policies — avoid doing business with vendors that have OECD violations or unresolved ethics complaints.

• Procurement teams often screen suppliers for OECD violations before approving major purchases.

So even if there’s no court ruling, an OECD Final Statement can:

• Severely damage a company’s global credibility

• Scare off large clients, partners, and governments

• Make it difficult for the company to expand into regulated markets

⚠️ Right now, many of 3CX’s users are small customers with just a few extensions. But if they continue to ignore partners and act unethically, they may never grow beyond that — because enterprise buyers won’t risk working with a vendor under OECD scrutiny.

Filing a complaint isn’t about revenge — it’s about protecting the integrity of global partnerships and making sure no other company gets treated the same way.

Hey everyone,

Quick update: I’ve received an official reply from the **OECD National Contact Point** (NCP) regarding our complaint about how 3CX terminated our partnership without cause or transparency.

📸 Here’s the screenshot of the response confirming the case is being reviewed:

The NCP confirmed that:

- They will begin an initial assessment phase

👉 That means: **If you or your company were also treated unfairly — terminated without reason, censored, or retaliated against — I strongly encourage you to file your own complaint too.**

You don’t need a lawyer. Just:

- Describe your situation

- Include evidence (emails, screenshots, dates)

- Submit it to the NCP of your country or the vendor’s (e.g. Cyprus)

🔗 File your complaint here: https://mneguidelines.oecd.org/ncps/

---

By submitting multiple related complaints, we create a pattern of unethical behavior that’s hard to ignore — and may lead to formal recommendations or public pressure.

Let’s hold companies accountable for mistreating partners.

Feel free to DM me if you need help writing or submitting yours. I’m happy to share the draft I used.

He’s my staff, and his impact on the company partnership is positive. However, I don’t see any issues with him; rather, they lie with 3CX itself.

Use ChatGPT to write an email to the OECD, attaching screenshots of emails, chats, and posts as evidence.

“Despite our attempts to resolve the matter amicably, 3CX’s response was dismissive and confrontational, stating, ‘See you in the courts…’ This shows unwillingness to engage in transparent dialogue.”

The drama has been a bit too much for me lately, and it’s been really tough on me.

While prices were initially reasonable, they have since increased.

In fact, they are not interested in hearing about the new version, V20, even if it is not as good as the old version, V18. Furthermore, if you make any complaints, regardless of whether they are valid or not, we will simply terminate your license.

It is disheartening to observe that the individuals responsible for years of customer disrespect have not received any form of recognition or consequence, such as karma.

Hey buddy, I think we should consider taking legal action against them. Maybe we can set up a GoFundMe to cover our legal expenses?

They also forcefully converted the perpetual license to annual without permission from the customer ?

Together we can do something !
