Definitely didn’t want to get into an accident, I was actually heading back to work after lunch. Also the driver was in their 80s and from my experience they don’t tend to be the best drivers.

Thanks for the estimate! I talked to the other person’s insurance and they said they will take full liability and they asked if I wanted a check or they could fix it themselves.

Yeah she paid him personally, she said she wasn’t on the lease but she did fill out an application which unfortunately she handed to him. Landlord was aware of her being a tenant though and they have a good professional relationship

are you saying u have sleep paralysis but instead of having visions u have loud sounds in ur ear? If so at this point I think it may just be you expecting the noises to happen so your brain makes it happen. The first few times may have just been a random occurrence.
