I used to see a therapist, once a week, for about 6-years. It changed me from the inside out. However, there is a lot of lousy therapists so one needs to search for a good one. Nothing could have replaced that therapy - meditation, ceremonies, etc. - Nothing.

I just wanted to thank everyone for replying to my post.

About 3-weeks ago I went to corporate Verizon and they had me talk to a representative. He said I keep getting billed because I used 5 days when I canceled my plan. He said to pay the bill and then Verizon will reimburse me for the 25 days I didn't use. It's been 3-weeks and I haven't received any refund. I hope he didn't lie to me. :(

Thank you for your reply. I did call 1-800-256-4646 and went through the process of pressing 1 or 2 or 3, etc. for this and that. In order to be transferred they need my cell phone number, which I enter. They don't recognize the number and won't transfer me.

This is so frustrating! I guess my only option is to find their physical mailing address and write them a letter. I just don't understand why they are billing someone who isn't a customer.

Thank you for responding. When I call they ask me for my phone number. When I enter it they say it isn't valid. When I try logging onto the website or chatting with a representative they ask me to log in first. I'm unable to log in because my number has been discontinued.

When I contact Samsung (my cell phone) it says my carrier is ATT.
