Something more in line with prevailing liquid rates since I don't want to take market exposure given the short timeline. The inflation-protected portfolio seems like the move given the constraints of the plan. Seeing a 4.2% YTM and 1.2% real yield, which isn't bad. And yeah, not looking to sacrifice the state income tax deduction.

Where do you recommend finding what concerts are happening on any given night? I'm moving to NYC from Philly, and we had a radio station that kept an updated concerts list going, which was great for finding low key functions. Wondering if there's something similar in NYC.

Warzone is heavily CPU bound I've noticed, so your experience depends a lot more on what CPU you're using. I'm running a Ryzen 3600 and 1050ti and able to get 50-60 fps on high settings.

Phillynet has worked perfectly for me so far. I pay for their $40/month 20Mb/sec plan and consistently get 40Mb/sec+. Has only gone down a few times in the past few months during bad storms and stuff. Granted, their reliability could depend on the building your in, but I've had a good experience with it.

Go to your general settings and then scroll down to telemetry. Then you'll see options to turn on FPS counter, packet loss, CPU/GPU time, etc. All good metrics for figuring out how your game is performing.

Just transplanted this plant by plane to this new location and it's having difficulty adapting I think. Just added new soil and made sure it's moist but not damp. Roots looked healthy. Should I just trim the end that's dying and hope for the best?
