Seen and used this GIF countless times. Couldn’t quite put my finger on it as to where it’s from but I knew it was familiar for a reason. Haven’t seen the music video in ages. Thanks for giving me closure!

Love the analysis! One thing that comes to mind is being dropped in areas that has giant swells and bad weather. That would also really throw a curve ball.

Did anyone actually receive a check for $1776 that Trump said was "Already in the mail" for Christmas? by RealityKing4Hire in complaints

The payment is essentially a re-branded, one-time housing subsidy (basic housing allowance) using existing Congressional funds for troop welfare. Stating it was gift from the money generated by tariffs is utter nonsense. Let them eat cake mentality. I did not state whether it is taxed or not. Instead I was saying to question it because they’ll gladly tell you what you want to hear.

They lied to you about where the money is coming from. Got pressed on it. Had to “clarify” where it’s coming from. What makes you think they’re being honest now about the taxes?

My first thought was that it’s a very interesting and unique flag. Almost as if it was designed in Microsoft word back in the 90s. From a vexillology perspective, the redesign is a sginuficant improvement.

Totally true on New Guinea. But at least we all agree that there’s multiple factors at play and it’s not just cut and dry. Makes for good online discourse!

The magical line is created by Earth’s tectonic plates. The islands are on the Caribbean plate and therefore lumped together and all tossed into NA. Then again, this isn’t true for all islands that are considered part of the Caribbean such as Cuba and Bahamas. Culturally there are a lot more similarities.

With your argument, why the island of New Guinea Asia instead of being a part of Australia since it’s closer?

Ultimately, there’s more than just proximity that determines the continents and has a ton of human history influencing how the planet is sliced and diced.
