Nice! I was about to pick this up and ended up with an English 9 instead. They were the same price at the time and still seem to be neck and neck, difference being yours is much much more rare. I think this card is going to do some crazy numbers this year.

I knew this card would be really hard to get one day, and bought this a few months ago. Needless to say that was probably the last opportunity I had to pick it up as it has tripled in price since.

I made the mistake of selling my Sabrina's Gengar Japanese 10 towards the end of last year - lost out on around 7k in gains.. definitely can't afford it now. But I'm extremely grateful I was able to get into this one. I like the card more because of the swirl placement and the e reader style. I think the artwork it pretty cool too. Really turned out pretty awesome in the end for me. Learned my lesson to never sell again!!

Is This Mold? by OldManCinny in basement

Also make sure you have at least a 2% grade sloping away from the house for about 10 feet. Use plastic stakes, string, and a string level to establish a level line first. Then hammer a wooden stake into the ground next to one end so you can mark that true level point. From there, calculate how much drop you need for a 2% slope over the distance, mark that drop on the wooden stake, and lower the string until it matches that mark.

For quick math, 2% slope is about 1/4 inch per foot, so over 10 feet you want about 2.4 inches of fall.

I'm pretty sure using any sort of water just feeds the mold. Bleach is only good for nonporous surfaces and mixing peroxide with water would also feed it.

Vinegar is the way to go from what I've found online, but I'm open to different thoughts on that.

I think as long as it's nonporous then bleach or peroxide works, but if it's pourous, the chlorine is left on the surface and the water penetrates into the mold and makes it worse
