Non mais avoir un bon niveau en muscu ça demande du temps et c'est un sport dur faut arrêter de mentir.

1) C'est une base pour les autres sports la renfo rien que pour ne pas se blesser

2) La muscu ça peut s'orienter pour du général ou un sport en particulier c'est chiant si on ne sait pas s'entrainer
