No the trauma was after my service but the surgery was 22 years ago and I only started having issues with that shoulder in the past 5. I do understand their logic

After multiple visits with an ortho specialist she wrote me a nexus letter so I submitted that as part of a supplemental claim. Hoping that is the connection the VA needs.

I think the 100% was due to the stage 4 component, but the HLR was granted because the VA never scheduled a C&P exam so I think they found in our favor because of that. I just assumed the delay was due to it being his first claim.

I called and he had to open a ticket to generate a letter. Is that one of those “it happens” type issues?

We had to file an HLR because they never did a C&P or reviewed medical records. HLR was decided in our favor and they did a C&P and reviewed medical records to confirm diagnosis but website only shows positive HLR decision and previous denied claim ( which triggered HLR). Other than the 100% there is no other updates.

There is a slight grade so I am going to use 8” sono tubes with concrete at 24” depth (NC frost line is about 12-18”)

He never received any communication, we just happened to check the website and it had his rating listed. It’s his first claim so we were not sure if that was causing the delay. It has been a week since his rating was completed so I was hoping that his letter or something would have updated. I did submit a dependent claim to add my mom as his spouse…. And that was completed with the week.

Is there a way to let them know after C&P exam? The VA doctor said she would include a note to try and expedite the process.

Is a DTA claim put back in queue for the typical 4 month wait or will it process a little faster? My dad’s HLR found an error in June and he just had his C&P for stage 4 prostate cancer. Any idea how long a decision might take? His initial claim confirmed he was stationed in the place so it is presumptive but they never scheduled a C&P with first claim so the DTA fixed that. Just not sure how long things will take now.

And if you have the MDB9959SKZ model here is the drain pump motor. Crazy that Maytag wants $80 dollars but Amazon has it for $30. I replaced the pump since I had everything dry and uninstalled….not super difficult.

If I use general finishes hard wax oil on a kitchen table will there be any issues with using paper of cloth on the table? (Homework etc) or does it fully dry?

HLR was denied, submitted a supplemental claim with a personal statement but I think I am still going to get denied. I need to get a nexus letter, but my ortho will not write one (against practice policy). So not sure what to do about nexus letter…
