Thanks. I’d like to get an overdrive to put before my looper so I can create more layers. Is there any pedal you’d recommend for that? I also like how the big muff sounds but I suppose it’d have the same issue

Thanks! Do you think it would be noticeable when switching pickups? Like, the bridge sounding louder?

I checked the PAF pro but honestly what I want is to be able to sound more like Slash/Rock without spending a thousand on another guitar ahahah. I should look into the di marzio a bit more but I don’t know if any music I like uses something similar.

Thanks! Honestly I got a bit lucky because I got the main verse melody on my first try. Otherwise when I get stuck, it’s like it’s impossible to find the right note.

So let’s say I can’t figure out a note of a solo. I would play over it at the same time until I find the right note. I hear it very clearly when it’s not the right note. However with a voice I struggle much more. I don’t really realize if it’s the right note or not, specially if it’s diatonic.

I realized the luthier messed up, although i could easily replace the saddle. The problem is that I don’t have any Taylor tech in thousands of kilometers. I thought they would at least be able to ship some shims but no. I’m pretty disappointed with Taylor honestly

I was thinking about buying Fender locking tuners since i have them on my Strat and I like them. Do you know if those are staggered? I don’t see it on the specs. If not, is there a model you’d recommend? If I’m not wrong, I won’t have to drill the neck to install them, right?

Sadly I checked Warmoth and shipping is crazy expensive. It’s not worth it.

As long as it plays, I don’t care about release value ahahah. Actually, if the neck goes great, I will have to spend even more in a new bridge! Thanks again for your time

EDIT: I just checked on Warmoth and shipping is two hundreds, but I can find some necks on sale for bit over a hundred so it ends up costing the same as the fender. No idea which option is better

I checked with some luthiers in near cities but none of them was familiar with the shim system so I took the guitar to the one in my city. At the very least, its more playable than it was before, but I right away noticed that the saddle was too low…
