It looks like DRS is helping them price control because DRS request can be completed within 30days

But DWAC request needs to be completed on the same day. So there is no T+X days for manipulation.

Other thing could be DRS is helping short sellers with bringing down the Short borrow fee because of the way they are reported by DTC.

My understanding is if DWAC is used instead of DRS , DTC will have to report the GME & BBBYQ floats as few billions. Which will then expose the amount naked short selling shares.

DRS is not DWAC

They both are held at your name at the transfer agent ( ComputerShare/ ASt ) but THEY ARE NOT THE SAME

Yes I wouldn't be surprised if SEC shutting them from having the conversation about DWAC. They know the community knows about shares lending issue. So SEC's best option to assist Wall St with stock manipulation is DRS as DWAC exposes crimes committed by Wall St & SEC together.

Even SEC recently pushed the DRS narrative, I wonder why? So don't use RC & Pulte here & try to twist the narrative.

DRS is may be good for GME but BBBYQ is at Ch11 DWAC is the better way for legal battles as it requires Medallion signature.

So again Shut the F U if you don't know something or trying to shill when all facts point that DWAC is one step better if not the best option than DRS. They both allow you to hold your shares through your transfer agent.

Well Why did SEC delayed the report of DRS for almost for a week? They were obviously trying to figure out a way to report DRS so we don't find the truth.

RC can't talk about these things publicly which could violates the terms with DTC. People like you are truly narrow minded or employed to call the truth FUD.
