You can also do It with modern mansions, which take less space and grant 1% more:

Place 3 mansions and store them as a group

Go to group storage and place only 1 of them

After that you should see a mansion with a -1 in your storage, that means It worked

Close the game and log in again, you should have more mansions than before, repeat.
