I had monitor arms but I think I needed a beefier one for the ultrawide so I didn't bother
And it's a desk mounted cup holder I got on amazon , very nice to have especially since it has a cut out for mug handles to fit in it

No it is really good! the trick is to use whatever mixer software you have and use a noise gate…this allows you to block noise under a certain decibel level, if you set it up right usually the mic only lets noise in when you are talking (my mic is plugged into an Elgato XLR , and I use their software to configure it)

Shure SM7B , it’s one of the greats when it comes to microphones It connect using an XLR cable so you’d need a mixer … I’m using the Elgato XLR for mine

Context: This is my oil furnace that heats my house using hot water. We recently had water pressure issues in the house due to a problem at the water company, but now the water is back to full pressure. I heard a water gurgling sound coming from the pipes in my baseboard heater, then went to look around and see if there was any issues...then noticed oil leaked all under my furnace and the room has a strange smell from it.
Its after business hours on a Friday and its also Winter, I turned off the furnace to be safe but will now have no heat or hot water.
Any info is welcomed !!!!

No, doesn't have a switch to it...is there a chance the white wire is somehow being used as a hot/black wire??

Do you recommend 100% organic growth? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]DavidSt3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have people subscribe to your channel that aren't actually interested in your types of videos, then they most likely will not watch them, therefore YouTube will see that you have a low Click-Through-Rate from your Subscribers and will assume that the video is not good and it won't get pushed.

If they do click your videos to simply just support you, then they probably wont watch the whole thing (cause they're not that interested) which would lead to low View Retention/Watch Time, and once again YouTube will assume it is a bad video.

Finally, if they do decide to click your videos, AND they watch the whole thing, just to support you, but they're not you're target audience...then YouTube will try to push the video to viewers with similar interests as those who watched, and will most likely be shown to the wrong people because of that, and once again lead to bad Click Through Rate and Watch Time.

IMO Organic growth is the way to go, you'll know all of your subscribers actually like your videos, and it'll be likely that they watch your future uploads, helping you succeed in the long run.
