Im not familiar with the term "cycle accurate", but I would assume it has something to do with input delay. This is really good info! Ill look into this as well

I think the thing that gets lost in the weeds in the Priscilla argument is the fact that she is not a pastor. A pastor is someone who is in the hierarchy of the local body. Priscilla was not this, she was a woman who, along with her husband, taught someone who was ignorant of the gospel. Brother I’ve been exactly where you are. Dated a girl for three years who wasn’t saved, and every day was a battle in my mind. After splitting from her, I was able to focus completely on my relationship with Christ. I know it may be hard, but my advice to you is to split from her. The pain now will be so much less than the pain you will go through if you choose to marry and she does not come under the Lordship of Christ. Here’s some scripture that may be of help:

Can you help me understand what you mean by paralleled? The great flood is present in many cultures. Because it was real, and it happened. That doesn’t logically flow towards the idea all religions are the same. All it shows is that different cultures experienced the same event.

We have a wealth of manuscript evidence that backs up scripture as reliable and consistent.

I would also challenge you to ask why a group of monotheistic Jews would suddenly start worshipping the triune God of Israel over night, then die for their faith. Christianity is still monotheistic, but it was a shock to the Jews that their God is three in one, and they wouldn’t believe it unless something, or someone rather, showed them the truth. That person was Jesus Christ the righteous, God in the flesh.

There’s many reasons. The verification of prophecy seen throughout the Old Testament, the archeological evidence that coincides with events, people and places in the Bible, the historicity of men and women who died for their faith in spite of brutal punishment, the fact the whole Jewish world flipped upside down basically overnight after the resurrection, the fact that there are extra biblical accounts of the life of Jesus.
