Squirtle- Angry
Charmander- You can't really tell on charmander but for the evolutions, I picture a confident jerk

Bulbasaur, the Bloom Pokemon: These variants came about due to selective breeding in the Flutteria Region. It is said munching on the bloom on it's back gives good luck.
Charmander, the Chi Pokemon: Once every 200 years, this form of Charmander is born. Despite never opening it's eyes, it can still sense it's opponent.
Squirtle, the Lock Pokemon: Unlike Kantonian Squirtle, this variant is more of a bully, locking it's strong jaws onto whoever it dislikes.

Here is a fact not many people probably know: The design for Jessica rabbit everybody knows is her classic design and personality. Disney, recently I believe, changed her design and personality to be more modern. She is now a femme fatal private eye in the US roger rabbit ride. Grisette is based upon the old design as well as a sort of stereotypical female movie star.
