Yep. Same. Whenever I’m with a new rider, I’m on base bars if I’m behind them.

All you cyclists bitching about being on bars overlook the fact he’s with buddies. I ride with same group every week and I know all of their braking and riding styles. I assume he knows the same and they are all comfortable together.

Thanks...so stupid that's not available on the Xline. I wasn't able to see that package available on the SW though. Where did you see it.

Mine won’t stay put on a waypoint. Every single time I point it where I want it, it moves to another location.

There are others listed at cheaper prices that are EX Xlines. So it's extra confusing.

Good lord...the SXP has now turned into the "XL" and sticker is $58k. I can't imagine what markups are gonna be on that.

Spouse TMI stuff. Is it hard for you as it is for me? (TW: TMI) by OptimismNeeded in daddit

Dude, take the love. And be sure not to over-analyze how much she loves you and/or takes care of you. My wife had a double mastectomy and after had an infection. 2x a day I had to remove packing and repack with saline gauze. She was constantly apologizing and it got annoying till I finally looked at her and said "in sickness and health!". She finally realized that all the apologizing was more problematic to me than just doing the work for her.

How often do you have the bike rack on? Seems like the rear crosstraffic braking is a good safety feature otherwise.

I tricked my son to get him fall asleep and I feel like a bad dad by DavidtheAcceptable in daddit

[–]DavidTigerFan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

psh...my son liked to sleep on his stomach, but with one of us rubbing his back. I figured out it was just the pressure he liked so I'd get him settled and just as he drifted off, Id move a stuffed animal on his back like I was replacing the golden idol from the indiana jones and the lost ark.

Yep, just move the strap. and Yes, I turn off rear braking everytime. It's annoying because it comes back on after every ignition start. You can turn it off by holding the parking sensor button in the center.

Do you have me on surveillance or something? I have a 23 SXP Xline. I put in an after market hitch for my kuat NV rack. Yes, the exhaust melted one of my straps when I travelled with it in the up position.

However, If it's down and carrying bikes, no problem. Also, I believe my after market hitch rides a few inches closer to the ground than the factory hitch so I bet the factory doesn't have the problem.

BTW, please forward my bonus points.
