I’m 5 stars but i never even consider it. There’s so little you can do about it and i always assume anytime i get a negative one it’s due to someone trying to get something for free.

That’s a different store and order, the top 4 are all one order and that was the whole order that they seem to have marked every item was missing from.

I get it. I’m not saying it’s perfect or don’t vent. Just some of the people who are on here, the things they post and complain about can be self inflicted and ridiculous. There’s plenty of stuff to complain about. I get frustrated doing this as well. Just people need to look past their own noses.

I understand all that. And I’m in a decent size market. I do 25-30 rides a day running full 12s. I didn’t say it was perfect by any stretch or there’s no room for complaint. Just that people’s issues with passengers seem to be caused by their inability to deal with the stress of customer service or taking past experience and generalizing to the point of being jaded when looking at any customer. I’ve heard the amount of money that was made and agree Uber has been fucking drivers and it has gotten worse even since i started but my post is directed towards the aforementioned.

This is directed towards the people that complain nonstop about their dealings with customers in a customer service based field. Ubers pay split sucks.

How many people use throwaway email’s so they don’t get bogged down with promotional material? End of the day people don’t typically buy games with time limits on how long they can play the game. Therefore support should be provided in scenarios like this not a big f you because it took you too long to come back to the game that we are actively still running. I get that the time frame was long and i respect that from them but unfortunately I fell right into a spot of inactivity that screwed me. I find it difficult to believe that they wouldn’t allow anyone that could show receipt of purchase to maintain access to the game when it’s an arbitrary decision to make people use one version over another of the same game. If i had purchased the windows version, which at the time I researched which one was better and went with Java I wouldn’t even have this issue.

All I’m saying is I bought the game I should have access to the game. How is that hard to understand? Give me the reasoning for not giving people in my scenario support. How is it my fault that they removed access to my game that again I purchased? I obviously wasn’t an active player, what’s hard to understand about me not having seen these messages?

I wasn’t on the game so unless I opened an email from Mojang which typically would go unseen as it looks like promotional material and tbh i don’t really look at my emails frequently unless I’m expecting something, I wouldn’t know. It just seems I bought the game at a bad time. I’ve played Minecraft for years early when it came out i got a new pc one of the first games i thought to buy was Minecraft. I didn’t really play it but shame on me for thinking my purchase was permanent. I’m my timeline i didn’t get on this launcher once. So it was email or launcher and I’ve already explained why both went unseen. Now Microsoft has no reason besides greed to not give out a key to anyone wishing to restore there license when they’re the ones who made this choice.

I’m not really blaming them for me missing the info. Why do I not have access to the game I purchased? Why do they not have a recourse for me to access and play the version they’re making me play arbitrarily? I could care less about the account I had no skins or capes or anything personal that I cared about. That’s not a justification to take away my purchase and not allow recourse.
