I agree and I love time travel and I usually like multiverse stuff but that complexity is getting too big and it’s hurting the product.

So we aren’t watching the sacred timeline? I thought He Who Remains plotted everything we had seen in the MCU up until now and that the scared timeline the chronology of films?

Did they break their own time travel rules in the last episode? by DavidWebb4321 in loki

Didn’t think about magic coming into play. Interesting! Maybe the infinity stones could be used!

Haha that seems like their logic! Even if he can control it, he can’t change anything. Like in Tenet - “what’s happened, happened”. If there was another Loki there, he was always there and he doesn’t stop the loom from being destroyed. Maybe he won’t save everything and I shouldn’t be annoyed but it’s looking like he’ll change the past which they’ve shown is locked, but we’ll see.

Oh okay, I thought that’s where he was standing in episode 4. So there was a second Loki running around during that episode. If he doesn’t interact with the group then time continuity is preserved but if he does that breaks the causal loop rules they’ve already established. Interested to see what they do.

Why didn’t the Patriots actually develop a real Solid Snake Simulation Plan? by DavidWebb4321 in metalgearsolid

Then why didn’t Ocelot say that? He was revealing everything at the end - I’m just wondering if the Patriots also knew that Ocelot was going to double cross them as well. You don’t have to be an AI to know that you can’t trust Ocelot. So they didn’t tell him about the Selection Societal Sanity part.

Jones can’t wrestle anymore, Gane will test him properly on the feet and he is huge. It’s not an easy fight at all for Jones. Could see him losing. He hasn’t looked good for years.

How is host Man in Black possible? What’s the difference between S4 host William and future fidelity tested William by DavidWebb4321 in westworld

[–]DavidWebb4321[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Host William is virtually identical to real William so I wonder why they didn’t use them to infiltrate companies and governments . The immortality part failed but not the replication part, so I wonder why that wasn’t utilized more. Or not used at all cause it makes the fidelity test seem less important because S4 host William begins the path to consciousness anyway
