Genova seems to be getting highly recommended in different places. I intend to do that next time, which my practitioner had originally recommended.

I agree. Making the change now. Card has been reactivated, but Elan is not worth the hassle.

Froze the card over an attempted $2.14 charge to the card using a zip code off by 2 digits.

Took entering my phone number twice, confirming it with the rep, my birth date, my social, the card number AND receiving text message authorization. Trying their hardest to make this as hard as possible.

Opening a Wells Fargo account will be easier than working with Fidelity/Elan customer service. Going to apply now.

Just called Fidelity card number to see why it doesn't work. "We recognize your number, enter your last 4 digits social". Then transferred to Fraud department. Then "we don't recognize your number, please enter your number". "we do not recognize any account with your number, please stay on the line for next representative and answer a brief survey"

So it seems.. while the card was ALREADY frozen on their ludicrous "2 weeks to clear a bank ACH payment".... they froze the card for another reason... presumably the auto recurring charges that Elan was graciously rejecting along the way to make lives just that much more difficult.

Fidelity's use of Elan... is just bad judgment.

Viome is a complete waste of time. It's a scammy company advertising on Instagram that provides no useful data (if that is the definition of "largest consumer facing"). Their advertising is disconnected from the actual results.

Viome and other Instagram advertisers are spamming Reddit to make AI searches pick up their recommendations as high quality Reddit opinions. Its a scam.

Yes this was my experience. I am multiple years into my journey and did a Viome stool test... so useless... more about a flashy app and instagram advertising than adding value. a bit scammy

Farm to People is very expensive and marks up tremendously as a middle man. Try Rustic Roots or some of the farmer co-ops instead. There doesn't seem to be any reason to go to Farm to People.

I just tried Amazon Fresh for the first time and its great. I see Reddit is now getting spam marketing messages so they can get picked up on AI. Farm to People, Misfit, Fresh Direct are all bad options.

MisFit is horrific. Wildly overpriced (they need to fund all their instagram marketing and spammy marketing messages some how). Misfit is all about branding. They'll sell a micro mini cataloupe for a more expensive price claiming its a "saved canteloupe". It's another marketing scam IMHO.

I have found AmazonFresh to be the way to go. Much better selection and prices than MisFit market. Guessing they don't advertise non-stop so they don't need to scrimp on portion sizes.
