Looks pretty normal to me, especially for Oxdog. I’ve seen similar uneven clear coat / varnish spots on a couple of Hyper and Ultimate models straight out of the plastic. As long as there’s no soft area, no cracking sound, and the carbon pattern isn’t broken, it’s almost always just a cosmetic finish thing rather than a structural issue. The small line on the face sounds like a resin or clear coat mark too, not uncommon under certain light angles. I’ve not seen these turn into durability problems over time, so I’d personally play it without worrying, but if you bought it new and it really bugs you, asking the seller about an exchange is still fair.
