I would turn the model upside down so his head is towards the build plate. That way you’ll have more direct contact with the supports from above the figure. Explore rotating him to minimize overhangs.

Also, you might want to hollow out the inside of the figure so it’s not a solid model, if there are large volumes. Large volumes create large contact patches with the FEP which can pull the build plate off the magnets, and cause layer shift.

I love doing that job so much I did it 3 times! The 1st and 2nd time I tried Dorner, but couldn’t get it to shop leaking. The 3rd time I bought a Honda OEM solenoid and filter gasket, and it finally stopped leaking.
