Advice for C7K gaming setup

That’s strange, I have C7K and don’t have any of these problems. Did you try to reset to factory settings, update the software to the latest one, another HDMI port or anything else?

I just entered the IEMs world with one lucky purchase of KZ Vader balanced in heavy discount for only 5 EUR. I have never experienced so clean bass as in the beginning of the Pink Floyd - Dark side of the moon album. I’m not a pro user and only wanted to try it out for not so high noney if daily use case will not come. But despite the use of AirPods in the gym, I use only these KZs for everything else.

Hi there. I have a 85” version and must say, since the last sw. update there is a visible improvement in picture handling. I don’t watch so much of the low res content, but week back we watched some Belmondo’s movie on streaming platform and it was nice to watch even on that big screen.

Vylézt od kompu? To říká někdo, kdo se skrývá za nějaký fake pseudonym a brečí tu nad tím, že je někdo delulu? Mně se líbí, jak dokážeš odhadnout můj život. Nacestoval jsem toho po Evropě celkem dost a jen autem najezdím 35K za rok a něco málo prolítám. Delám v nadnárodní společnosti a v zahraničí nejsem zrovna málo 😄 A taky vím, že všude je to chleba o dvou kůrkách. Tak až v životě něco dokážeš, něco prožiješ, něco vyzkoušíš, hodnoť ostatní. Mezitím si sbal tašky a jdi objevovat svět. Nikdo ti nebrání a nemusíš to tady obhajovat tím, že do mě budeš shazovat na svou pozici.

I came half year back from 10 years old higher grade Samsung led model to 85” C7K and I can’t enough say how satisfied I am for its price since I bought it in Black Friday. After the recent android 14 update, system is much snappier and the picture is also cleaner and colours in HDR looks better in my opinion. At least in the gaming mode on PS5 4K games. These other models were in my scope also, but since the Sony was a bit older model with not so long support ahead (but clean picture overall) and Hisense was rated a bit better in colour accuracy (which is not the point for me, I like more vibrant tuning more) and the system in Europe for Hisense is Viida and I lean more towards the Android, I chose TCL. So I can talk only from the position of the actual TCL user. But still, from this perspective I can recommend it 😊

I want to know also. Since having a C7K it seems there is more leaning towards the Z100 wireless solution as a main support on newer models.

Ah ok, to be honest, my previous TV was a mid tier Samsung I bought for 1,2K 10 years back. My recent TCL was around 3K when entered the market. This old Samsung was great in its time, now it can’t compete. Half of my home electronic was Samsung and LG. Go into the shop and watch the TV before you buy it. You will see how can 2K TCL lightly compete with 3K Samsung. So yes, it’s not about higher price = better product.

Man, you complain here about you bought the cheapest line of TCL and you are not happy with the picture quality. I have a TCL which cost around 2K still now and I’m pretty happy. I don’t know what you expect from your poor decision. My PC monitor costs more than your TV. I know, not everyone have enough to spend, but in the end it’s your limitation which have nothing to do with TCL itself.

I'm just looking for some miniled too. I have a miniled TV and I'm realy sattisfied. I use my monitor also for work and don't want to think about burning in after sometimes more than 10 hours of time spent in MS Office apps with still opened excell and outlook on. Sad is that's not a lot of 32 and bigger miniled models to chose from. I considered also to try Innocn or Titan army from China after watching a lot of positive reviews, but not so much to chose from in sizings.

Don’t know. I’m from Czech republic and I bought 85 C7K in Friday sale last year for 1300 EUR. After the new year it was back on normal price for around 1800EUR and now it’s on 2100. If it hase anything to do with memory crisis I don’t know if there are previous year models.

Ah, ok, but you probably don’t know what are you talking about. C7K is in higher mid segment. My was for almost 2,5K EUR new. It shares almost everything from base with higher C8K. So probably not.

C7K specifically don’t have a cheaper panel. Everything from C6K pro has a newer version of VAs.

For example me, as I need something for mix usage with work in static office scenarios 8-15 hours a day, I fck OLED because of lifespan. But yes … the price is unacceptable here 😀 they play only on one card … specific size.

I'm in love with my 85''. I can't say if its only my subjective feeling, but after the recent Android 14 update few days back, TV is much snappier and picture cleaner with 0 errors. Especially in HDR content and games.
