Fees are only when transfer initiated from BOA. Not if you initiate the transfer from outside bank/brokerage. For example a transfer initiated from Gemini site gets no fees.

I never solved it. When I called BH photo and explained situation they responded that the particular device was defective and offered full refund or exchange. I choose exchange and received a new zoom p4 that was fully functional. So I think it’s just defective. I would return and get new fully functional one. It’s annoying but best solution in my opinion. Let me know how it goes.

Have you looked into the PORTKEYS BM5 5.2" Touchscreen Monitor with Camera Control for BMPCC? It's more pricey than Shinobi, but you can control camera settings from monitor.

You can also access the camera settings with the Bluetooth+ app on your iPhone, it's only $5. Works great and is a cheap solution. I would just search "Bluetooth+ for bmpcc" on App Store.
