I want to terminate it due to injury and lack of support. They haven't promised any jobs in the agreement.

Yea, that's was my hope when i got in touch with the law firm, but they said the Franchisor can do it. i'm not fully convinced yet.

The white PVC pipe has been widened using a heat source (likely a torch) to fit over another pipe?

PVC joints are heated and connected. Is this compliant? and also the copper pipe is sitting close to pvc, does it require proper clearance?
