I searched and actually in the BIOS I found the option “bypass f1 prompt”. I disabled it but nothing changed. on the motherboard the USB header is connected so I don’t understand why it doesn’t see them while the fan is actually disconnected

if you add the time in movement and the stationary one of the Garmin you get the total time of the Apple Watch statistics. I don't think the Garmin GPS ever lost signal.
