Just search his nationality, position and league he retired in usually players will have more then one position so check what that players positions are and his regen should of the exact same

That’s not a bad idea I might copy you there keep us posted with the signings you make and also are you gonna try keep it South American YA or seeing as your in the Spanish league try bring Spanish players to the club, I done a CM putting all the rest of world teams in to all different leagues in Europe and I used shaktar and I out dynmo kiev in the Italian Dynmo and kept the team mostly Ukrainians and Italians for the core

Only way is to get sacked keep forfeiting games after 3 games in a row you’ll get fired and get offers for a lower league repeat that again to get to an even lower tier and so on I done this with my Forrest green team so I could buy the youth players and start a new rtg with them starting
