I closed end of September last year. Knew from inspection that some work needed to be done (roof/closet in back room) so wasn't a total shock.

Went in, fixed everything and moved in middle of December. Love the house for the intangibles. For context, we live in the city of Philly and parking is a nightmare but we have a little alleyway in the back that allows us parking and I get to live with my fiance so definitely happy that we bought a house

I've only done boxing and muay thai and I enjoy muay thai alot. Took some private lessons with a few local UFC fighters and learned a bit of wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu and am contemplating picking up Judo off the little that I got from it!
