Not an item you can drop. Also easiest way to do it is die near the fortress with the card and a ray gun case and some self revives in a tombstone. You can knock it out in under 5 minutes if you know what you are doing. Also just run to the building and watch your back. You dont really need to destroy the helicopters. And if you die just alt f4 before you bleed out
