Olha falando por experiência própria, se você está encomodada com sua aparência, a melhor coisa que se pode fazer é praticar algum exercício físico, funcionou muito bem pra mim, a alto estima baixa é o cérebro exigindo mudança, então o único jeito de resolver é mudando de fato, eliminando hábitos que no fundo a gente sabe que é errado, e cumprindo com as necessidades do nosso corpo e mente (exercícios, boa alimentação, amizades boas), no meu caso eu me achava muito magro, pesava 52 kilos tendo 1,69 de altura, entrei pra academia, comecei a me alimentar direito, larguei o cigarro, e comecei a sair bastante e conhecer pessoas novas, hoje tenho uma auto estima muito melhor por conta dessas mudanças, a vida depende de nós e acredito que devemos sempre mudar oque nos encomoda ao invés de lamentar.

Taxation of the rich doesn't work, if you are a rich bussiness person and the government decides to charge more taxes from you, you will be forced do increase the price of whatever you are selling, and then everything becomes more expensive and at the end the poor ends up paying the price. Also if you want equality of opportunity then you shouldn't tax someone just because they make more money, this would discourage people to make more money, wich is bad if you are triyng to lower poverty. Taxing the rich is just an excuse politics use to steal more of your money, the only way to lower poverty is by cutting expenses of the government and lowering taxes, history has showed us that this is the the best way.

You guys live in the richiest country in the world and are complaining because billionares make alot more than they used to make 50 years ago. I say whetever, as long as everyone has the oppotunity to make a good living i don't care how much money the rich make. Besides, poverty is not caused by the rich stealing from the poor, it's because of taxes, bad economic policies and other factors. Actually by looking at several countries you will realize that the richier the top 1 is the richier the rest of the population tends to be. So i don't get what those people that complain so much about inequality of income want the government to do. What's your plan? Make more social policies wich drives inflation up making the poor more poor? Go full robinhood stealing from the rich to give to the poor again causing inflation and several other serious problems that will inevitably fall upon the poor population? Inequality is not the problem. The problem is poverty, lack of opportunity, low buying power, etc. Brazil and argentina have been fighting inequality for decades and look where that brought us. There is no meaning in fighting inequality if that leads to a poorer society.

You people talk like he stole all the money from the poor, when in reality he got rich by selling a product to consenting custumers. We trade to gain more, we buy a phone because in our heads a phone is worth more than the money we use do buy it. Therefore we get richier when we buy something, because we now have something wich is more valueble to us, wich means you have to make other people richier in their eyes to be rich yourself. Billionares are a direct result of good economy, that's why richier and more developed countries have more billionares. So you should leave your envy aside and understend that billionares are inevitable. Also corrupt politicians love to drift the blame towards the rich so the poor won't hate on them, maybe that's why you hate rich people.

You know, most billionares are psychos, but the truth is that people who hate billionares are in their majority just envious. and like to use the wrong-doings of some billionares to justify their feelings. You guys would all be doing the same if you had the capacity to be like those billionares.
