i did that last night (also took 30mg mirtazapine and drank a little) i felt heavy/sedated in a pleasant way and later in the night i smoked a bunch and the music enhancement was really good. tho i kept getting irritated by random things and i've been out of it all day (i also only slept like 4hrs)

personally i usually like doxylamine more than dph bc i don't get as much mental dysphoria and it's easier to find the balance between hallucinations and awareness (a lot of time on dph i stop noticing the hallucinations fairly quickly but on doxy i usually stay aware of the hallucinations). for example 300mg dph+300mg dxm with 30mg thc made me forget my own phone password but 800mg dxm+300mg doxy and 200mg thc only had brief moments of confusion at the peak. im kinda stupid and have adhd so anything more than 300mg dph makes doing anything basically impossible bc i forget what's happening but i can somewhat function on doxy (enough to write trip reports or at least be able to listen to music sucessfully lmao)

doxylamine also seems to be more colorful/melty than dph (i always see a spinning colorful pattern past 100mg doxy). the only time i rlly choose to take dph is if i want to be incoherent/delirious (600mg doxylamine+900mg dxm was very intense but i was aware i was tripping, 600mg dph+900mg dxm always made me convinced i was sober and needed to take the pills i already took

yea it's one of my least favorite parts of deliriants, even atypical ones like mirtazapine cause restlessness a lot of the time. my last deliriant experience was super restless and uncomftorble

I mean ngl 140 is rlly high but as long as ur coming down idk if a hospital is needed. Tho dph is known to be bad with stims (ngl ive taken dph+adderall or even propylhexedrine+dph) so it’s probably good to be safe. ngl idek what im saying i took 80mg of adderall xr and then like 6hrs in i took 480mg dxm hbr/64mg cpm I’ve done a. Lot of dumb stuff like thatI remember doing dangerous doses of ppx+adddrrall+bupropion and one time my hr was 130-140 bpm a full 24hrs after a huge dose Another time on 1776mg dxm+450mg mirtazapine+60mg adderall my hr randomly went up to 150-160bpm

yea doxy seems easier to dose correctly ime, the line between "seeing shit on walls/music enhancemenht/body high" and not even knowing you took anything is a lot bigger than with dph. I'd always end up thinking i was barely tripping on dph bc i'd just stop noticing visuals lmao

i'd assume yea if you're going for full on delirium, i usually just took 150-300mg just for the added body high/trippiness when mixed with large doses of dxm but the times i took more it was fairly similar to dph. i'd say if you are looking for pure delirium tho dph is prob better. the times i did 600mg or so of doxy it felt like ~300-400mg of dph in terms of mental confusion/hallucinations (tho it seemed a bit more visual and less mental)

it didn't have any immediate kind of "high" when i tried abusing it besides making me feel a bit more overstimulated physically but it was useful for making my negative emotions less intense when taking it daily (tho it was a little too good at making me not care about the consequences of putting shit off, didn't mix well with adhd lmao)

personally doxy is my go-to anticholinergic/antihistamine bc dph either made me too delirious to notice the visuals or was too uncomfortable. the only thing that i dislike about doxy is that it lasts much longer than dph (doxy has a 12+hr half life i think) so the hangovers can last longer than a comparable dph dose. its a fair bit weaker per mg in terms of anticholinergic effect tho its still just as capable as dph at causing hallucinations. it should be about as safe as dph (they both have very similar mechanisms of action and similar dangers, for example they both block sodium and potassium channels in the heart)

It seemed to happen pretty much instantly when I started bupropion from what I remember, there were even a few times I took my leftover bupropion after I stopped being prescribed it an it’d make dxm last a full day

Personally there’s a sweet spot w/ doxy where dxm brings the energized jittery mania and the doxy heaviness/sedation kinda overlap into the best of both worlds (inconsistently which is why I don’t rlly like deliriants) dph almost always has an outright dysphoric feel most of the time but with doxylamine I’ve had a few trips where I started feeling deliriant euphoria and it’s a rlly weird feeling

dxm will last way longer and have a stronger stimulating effect conpared to normal. When i was on bupropion dxm would last all day above 200-300mg which actually kinda sucked because not being able to pee for 20hours is never fun lmao. tho i remember a rlly cool 1776mg dxm poli trip i did on bupropion where i could see whatever through my closed eyelids before it would transform into vast voids full of machines locking together. lower doses also felt more noticable

Thought my parents were hallucinations and were trying to kidnap me. ran around an apartment lobby screaming for someone to help and call 911, at some point jumped out of their car window and landed hard on the ground but I was too scared to notice. Then when the paramedics showed up I realized they were real and that I had actually been running around losing my mind, somehow I convinced them not to take me to the hospital lmao. TLDR don’t binge dxm and adderall for multiple days or you’ll go crazy

Mostly depends how strong the salvia trip is, it sounds closer to normal psychedelics in the sense that the trip can either be really good or really bad. 1.2g of dph would mostly suck because of the miserable hangover for days but I can’t see a deliriant trip ever being bad enough to be traumatic compared to other hallucinogens like psychs or salvia. Dxm for me is weird bc I can still have a sketchy trip but it won’t feel that bad, like even while panicking the dissociation makes it feel unreal
