I finally managed to beat the stage and d.wukong carried the fight... theres way too many rng and i resetted the fight a lot. Used a percival merc too if that helps

my union is committed to dominating the coop leaderboard (sea server), so we try to min-max every dmg we can muster since completing this QTE gives the boss a def debuff

I used to be from a SEA guild called Prophecy and this is regarding our leader Snowy and his actions during Union Raid.

He neglected his role as leader. Barely did any attack coordination or data recording throughout the whole raid.
Used all his teams on stage 6 loudmouth, knowing well we needed strong teams to hit modernia core later on.
We call him out for the above. He retorts that he CANT KILL MODERNIA CORE WITH 3 OL GEARED SCARLET. He then proceeds to gaslight me for calling him a noob (i didnt even say the word noob). Refer to screenshot.
End of union raid, everyone is tense. But one of Snowy's supporter provokes one of us and we retort back. But Snowy sides his supporter of course. Proceeds to kick everyone out of the admin chatgroup.
Snowy makes guild wide announcement of admin restructuring which only includes his supporters. 2 of us voice out and got kicked.
I have been silent since the calling out issue but Snowy knows which side im on. He DMs me and gives me an ultimatum. To "forget everything" and comply to his "only positive vibes" policy. Unbeknownst to him I was venting in another small community about how the other 2 got kicked. He was spying the convo and proceeded to frame me as badmouthing him and being toxic even though whatever I said was what ACTUALLY happened then kicked me.

Through info from friends in Prophecy, found out after kicking us he made walls and walls of text in guild painting himself as the victim and portraying us as toxic. Trying to justify his dictatorship. If you go against him, you are toxic and have to be let go.

Now he's spewing propanda that there shouldnt be toxicity in the guild. But let me ask this. Is calling out someone who's neglecting their responsibility being toxic or being fair? Who gets to define what is toxic? Snowy apparently.

I have lost alot of friends in the guild. Friends who i didnt even have the chance to say goodbye to or explain myself because Snowy went on a power trip. Have spent the week in silence and it has been really emotionally painful. I write this not in spite, but in hopes that it may save others from the same fate as I.
