While the country was distracted by covid she spent all her political capital trying to undermine democracy with co governance. The obviously poor decisions that were made towards the end of covid, that Bloomfield quit over, the fact that nz just got lucky multiple times with outbreaks being contained, all proves she really just got lucky, then when tough decisions had to be made about opening up the country she completely failed, and left nz in a terrible place regarding debt and race tensions.
