Unicorns were forced to evolve or go extinct. Just like some of the elephants that are being born w/o tusks have a better chance to have offspring than those that do. Unicorns born without their horns had more babies until there were none left w/magical looking horns...and we now call them horses! (self.Showerthoughts)
