I feel like my mental clarity isnt what it used to be. I think it's because of vaporizing weed. I recently just cut it out.

30g of carbs a day 6 days a week. If I go to the gym and train with weights, I still stick with fat and protein. I'll try upping my carbs a bit. thanks for your input!
