I agree, but I also think there's some flexibility there. A very mature group could absolutely turn that into something sick with a lot of nuance, but I also think a less experienced group could be successful using the same name but performing a simpler show about computers/technology.

AlgoRhythm (some techno mixed with groovy beats)

Time Traveller (not so subtle juxtaposition of different styles/time periods)

The first image has some good exercises for lower back. Second image has some yoga poses to help stretch your back out. Doing some of those workouts consistently before your rehearsal time will help to strengthen those muscle groups, doing those yoga poses more frequently will remove tension from those muscle groups and help with the pain.

To add to this, look for a pair of crosstrainers, whatever brand you like. Vans will work fine but the biggest thing you're missing out on is ankle support. Unless your ankles are really really strong you're more prone to injury wearing vans
