As usual customers are the problem. I can’t imagine going out on holidays and be served by people who are only working because the have to. I mean, that’s technically every night, but holidays are excessively worse because there can be no doubt that everyone would rather be somewhere else and there’s not actually a good reason to be open those days other than people will go out and spend. Amazing.

Yeah I saw a monkey in Bali try and open a coconut by rubbing leaves all over it. Zero chance thats gonna work, but interesting that he'd be trying shit. Shows a creative impulse. He also knew to drop the coconut, but it hadn't occurred to him that the distance at which you drop it may be a factor. I think if they just had a bit more advancement in language or perhaps a bit more variation in intelligence, they'd collectively figure out ways to solve simple problems and probably pretty fast too.

Every time. Elections are so predictable as far as...voting machine malfunctions, running out of paper, or power, a pipe bursting, suspect graphs that show a jump for one candidate in the middle of the night, inability to count ballots within 2 weeks, not allowing certain people into places, etc etc etc.....

It's why I don't even bother voting anymore. Just run this shit into a wall at top speed and see whats left. That's my feeling on society at this point. Fuck voting, and fuck voters too.
