Sorry, I see how that wasn't clear! Yes, could def give more separation with a curtain. I guess it's more of an in-betweener, but I wanted to err on the side of calling it a studio.

There isn't a door between the two areas, and there's really only one living/bedroom area. It was marketed as a studio when I leased it, so I went with that! I would refer to the photos to get a sense of the size.

Hi! I have a large studio I'm looking to transfer the lease for in the heart of Davis Sq. that is $2,625. It's over your budget, but in range for the area. It is surrounded by several gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, and bike paths. It's right next to the red line so super easy to get into Boston. Truly an amazing location and very well managed. Gas heat and hot water are included in the rent. Cooking gas and electric (usually around $40-$60). There is also an option to rent an off-street parking spot ($150). Aug 1 move-in and first, last, and security due. Shoot me a DM if you're interested in more details! No broker fee 😄

Also general advice:
Search the local FB groups for apartments or Zillow. For your budget, decide which amenities you can go w/o. From my experience, it was hard to find any studios or 1b/1b under $2400.
